Refund policy

At Petite Paws, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, Petite Paws will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Standard Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Restocking Fee We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

5. How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at PetitePaws@jblbrands.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.

6. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
